OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH NURSE – Case Management:
Corporate Health Resources, Inc. (CHR) is looking for a full-time nurse case manager (NCM) in the Metro DC area to provide case management services to our nationwide clients. This position is in CHR’s Rockville, MD Headquarters. The position may be remote for the right candidate. All NCMs may be required to travel for client-site meetings periodically.

We provide ongoing CEU-accredited professional development opportunities and annual conferences. This position provides an ideal opportunity for an organized, professional, experienced, and motivated Nurse Case Manager to work independently while still being part of a supportive team.

Primary Responsibilities
Through daily consultations with practitioners, employer representatives, and examinees, the NCM will assess, plan, implement, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate options and services to meet the health and return-to-work needs of workers as related to personal (i.e. short-term disability) and/or workers’ compensation cases. Must have a working knowledge of travel health assessments, expatriation, executive programs, return to work, post-accident cases involving Occupational health-related issues.
The NCM will be responsible for documenting all activities using a web-based case management system and for identifying and obtaining all documentation pertinent to the examinee's recovery plan.

This position reports to the Program Manager. The NCM will be accountable for maintaining an assigned caseload and will be required to follow company and client protocols.

Minimum Requirements
· Unrestricted State RN license
· Other state licenses/certifications as required by law, as needed
· Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing
· 3+ years clinical nursing experience
· 3+ years case management in Workers’ Compensation/THA/Expat/Occupational

Health/Disability preferred
· CCM or COHN desired or obtained after 12 months of the date of hire
· Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
· Excellent organizational skills
· Ability to set priorities and work independently
· Willingness and ability to travel (local and national)
· Computer literacy required, specifically Excel.
