Recognition Award Criteria

The Award

The Nancy Bunton/Yvonne Jackson Affiliate-Retiree Recognition Award is to recognize Affiliate and Retiree members who continue to encourage involvement in GAOHN. The recipient would be a person who goes above and beyond to promote the field of Occupational Health. This award is named in honor of two GAOHN retirees who over their career have held multiple leadership positions at the local, state and national level and even after retirement, continue to participate, support and encourage others in Occupational Health

Criteria

1. Is an Affiliate or Retiree member of the Georgia Association of Occupational Health Nurses
2. Encourages continuous improvement in Occupational Health.
3. Strives to promote the field of Occupational Health.
4. Inspires those in Occupational Health and works with Occupational Health professionals to enrich their careers.
5. Works diligently with all committees and goes above and beyond the call of duty.
6. Exhibits continuous hard working standards not only in the chapter, but also in the community and workplace.
7. Award will be judged on criteria on this form only. No letters of recommendation will be considered.
