• Provide patient-centered, evidence-based care in a fast-paced critical care setting.
• Perform assessments, develop and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams for safe, quality care.
• Uphold nursing standards, ethics, and organizational policies.
• Support teamwork, communication, and mentorship.
• Participate in performance improvement and professional development.

• Education: ADN required; BSN preferred
• License/Certifications: Current Georgia RN license, BLS, ACLS
• Experience: 2+ years in acute care (critical care preferred)
