Overview

Every nurse working in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility should have a foundational knowledge of MDS 3.0 and the RAI process. This complete interdisciplinary patient assessment is the clinical connection between bedside care, financial reimbursement, and regulatory compliance. It is the pulse of facilities.
